Pocket Thief¶
General Characteristics¶
- The job name, "Pocket Thief", says a lot about the activities practiced within it.
- To become a pocket thief you need a minimum level of 5.
- The job is illegal.
- To get hired for the job you must use the /getjob command in the respective job area (see job location in the image above).
- Players with a level lower than 15 cannot be robbed.
- You cannot steal money from players in safezone.
- You cannot steal money from AFK players, regardless of whether they are in safezone or not.
- You cannot steal money deposited in banks, only the money in their pocket.
- A player can only be robbed if they are NOT inside an interior.
- A player cannot be robbed if they are in a vehicle.
- If a police officer is robbed, they can use the /su command (accessible to department members) to give the thief Wanted 3 (with surrender right) for the reason Pickpocketing.
- The victim of a successfully executed robbery can use the /emergency command to give the thief Wanted 1 (with surrender right), or kill the thief, thus receiving the stolen money back.
- Members of the same faction cannot rob each other.
- Skill advancement is rewarded with 10 Gold per skill.
Skill Advancement¶
- To advance from skill 1 to skill 2 you need 60 theft attempts.
- To advance from skill 2 to skill 3 you need another 60 theft attempts. (total: 120)
- To advance from skill 3 to skill 4 you need 120 theft attempts. (total: 240)
- To advance from skill 4 to skill 5 you need 240 theft attempts. (total: 480)
- To advance from skill 5 to skill 6 you need 200 theft attempts. (total: 680)
- To advance from skill 6 to skill 7 you need 250 theft attempts. (total: 930)
- To advance from skill 7 to skill 8 you need 300 theft attempts. (total: 1230)
- To advance from skill 8 to skill 9 you need 350 theft attempts. (total: 1580)
- To advance from skill 9 to skill 10 you need 350 theft attempts. (total: 1930)
Success Rate¶
Depending on skill, the thief has a success chance:
- Skill 1 - < 25% success.
- Skill 2 - 25% success.
- Skill 3 - 32.5% success.
- Skill 4 - 40% success.
- Skill 5 - 50% success.
- Skill 6 - 65% success.
- Skill 7 - 75% success.
- Skill 8 - 82.5% success.
- Skill 9 - 90% success.
- Skill 10 - 100% success

Note:
Money is received only if the robbery is successfully executed (according to the success chance). Even so, the number of robberies needed to advance in skill decreases regardless of success.
The amounts of money are approximate because the job has a random payment and do not include the premium account bonus or other active account bonuses.
Players with premium accounts will receive 50% more from the base job payment.
Specific Commands¶
/pickpocket¶
The command has a single parameter, the ID or name of the player you want to rob.
Example: /pickpocket Adi007
To attempt a robbery, you must be as close as possible to your target.
