PUBG Arena¶
The PUBG Arena aims for a battle royale type match, which means that the last player left alive wins the match. The goal of the game is therefore to survive as long as possible, solo or in a team.
The arena can be found using the /gps command, biz id 159.
Characteristics¶
- Upon entering the arena you will enter the Lobby and receive an automatic skin for the arena.
- The lobby is accessible even when a match is already in progress.
- It includes a team formation area near the tent area, teams can be formed by pressing the Y key in that location, as well as an arena exit area at the hot air balloon using the F or Enter key.
- While a match is in progress you will be able to see through a HUD how many players are still alive.
- If there is no match in progress you will see a timer on screen announcing the start of the next match.
- At the start of the match each player will pay a fee that will be put into a POT which will be won by the player or team that wins the match.
- The match starts with all players on a plane flying over the battle area, being able to jump from the plane with the space key when you consider you have reached above a favorable area.
- If you do not jump from the plane you will be automatically removed at the end of the battle map.
- The names of opponents are hidden, you will only be able to see the name of the player who killed you.
- Once you have reached the ground your goal is to gather as much loot as possible to help you stay alive, avoid or kill opponents you encounter and stay inside the safe play areas.
- You can opt for an aggressive style of play and search for opponents to kill or you can opt for a more passive style and hide until the play area is as small as possible.
- Certain actions you take during a match give you certain points that count towards leveling up your PUBG character.
- Currently the character level has no attribution.
- The player or team of players who remain last alive will win the match.
Loot¶
Loot represents the items that the player can find on the map to help them survive longer in the arena.
It is strategically divided across the entire game map, as follows:
- High Loot: represents abundant loot areas, in popular zones, with loot between 21-50 items.
- Medium Loot: represents medium loot area, in classic zones, with loot between 11-20 items.
- Low Loot: represents low loot area, in peripheral zones, with loot between 3-10 items.
On the map there are also spawned vehicles in High Loot and Medium Loot areas.
Found items can be collected from the ground using the N key and being equipped or stored in inventory.
The inventory has a stock capacity of 350 units.
The loot that spawns on the map is divided into two types:
- Loot that is random and changes as an item with each match.
- Standard loot that will always be the same in each match.

Map¶
This represents the area where the match takes place.
Depending on the number of participating players, the arena will automatically determine whether a game is needed on all 3 cities or on a single city.
The map consists of 3 main zones:
- Safe Zone: inside the blue circle; area where you are protected from the map's danger, but not from other players.
- Neutral Zone: the area between the blue circle and the red one; this area temporarily protects you from the map's danger but pay attention to the timer because the area shrinks when time expires.
- Danger Zone: the area outside the red circle; this represents the storm area where you will constantly lose HP depending on the stage of the game you have reached (if the circle is large, HP will decrease less and slower, if the circle is small, HP will decrease more and faster).
These map zones continuously change when the time displayed on the HUD expires.
In each stage of the match when the timer expires, the zones become increasingly smaller, gradually shrinking.
Level¶
The arena has a level system through which players can advance.
- Currently the character level does not bring any other benefit than visual.
- There are certain actions that if done during a match bring you points that count towards leveling up.
- These points can accumulate only once per match.
- There is also a maximum limit of points that can be accumulated in a single day by a player, 5 times the maximum points from a single match.
