Car Insurance¶

The insurance business is located in Las Venturas city, near CNN LV.

This business is responsible for taxing personal vehicle owners for paying insurance policies.

From the amount paid for insurance, the business will receive 10% up to a profit of $100,000 in one day, after which it will drop to 5%.

Characteristics¶

Any personal vehicle needs at least one active insurance to be driven.
To buy insurance for a personal vehicle you must be inside that vehicle and use the /buyinsurance command or /v -> Buy Insurance, followed by a confirmation dialog.
Any vehicle can hold at most 5 active insurances at once.
This business has an interior.

Depending on the Dealership cost of the vehicle, owners will pay the following amounts for insurance:

For vehicles with a price between $0 and $100,000 the insurance costs $500.
For vehicles with a price between $100,000 and $1,000,000 the insurance costs $1,000.
For vehicles with a price between $1,000,000 and $6,000,000 the insurance costs $1,500.
For vehicles with a price greater than $6,000,000 or which were purchased from the Shop and are not found in the Dealership the insurance costs $2,000.

With the help of this command, any player can buy insurance for their personal vehicle.

The command is executed successfully only if you are in a personal vehicle and have the necessary money to purchase insurance.

Alternatively, you can use the /v -> Buy Insurance command to buy insurance.
